You have 5 or more employees including Full-time, Part-time, and Temporary.
- Does not matter where they are, applies to 5 or more employees company wide
All employees receive 1-hour of training
All managers/supervisors receive 2-hours of training
Everyone must complete training by December 31, 2019
Re-certification every 2 years
